УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Кузнецове В.Г. В связи с прекращением полномочий Президента Российской Федерации Б.Н.Ельцина постановляю: Освободить Кузнецова Виктора Георгиевича от должности полномочного представителя Президента Российской Федерации в Тульской области с предоставлением гарантий, установленных Положением о полномочном представителе Президента Российской Федерации в регионе Российской Федерации, утвержденным Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 9 июля 1997 г. № 696 "О полномочном представителе Президента Российской Федерации в регионе Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1997, № 28, ст. 3421).
