ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 21 ноября 2011 г. № 2086-р МОСКВА О поощрении Правительством Российской Федерации За большой вклад в разработку нормативно-правовой базы в области информационных технологий, связи и массовых коммуникаций: 1) наградить Почетной грамотой Правительства Российской Федерации заместителя директора Правового департамента Министерства связи и массовых коммуникаций Российской Федерации Позняка Владимира Геннадьевича; 2) объявить благодарность Правительства Российской Федерации следующим работникам Министерства связи и массовых коммуникаций Российской Федерации: Артюшину Игорю Борисовичу - начальнику отдела Правового департамента Дмитрику Николаю Андреевичу - ведущему советнику отдела Правового департамента.
