About this statute

The decree sets rules for military-technical cooperation with foreign states, including licensing, decision-making authority, and restrictions on foreign-trade activity in military products. If an organization loses the right to conduct foreign trade in military products, the service must notify relevant parties, remove the organization from the register, cancel its licenses, and may transfer its contracts to another entity. If a license is lost, the applicant must notify the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation within 2 days. The Service must notify the applicant and the customs authority in writing within 3 days about suspension or annulment, may resume the license if the applicant fixes the causing circumstances, and license issuance is subject to state duty.
