ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 12 октября 2005 г. N 1666-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Думы города Костромы и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минюстом России и администрацией Костромской области, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Костромы относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении государственного унитарного предприятия учреждения Костромской воспитательной колонии ГУИН Минюста России объектов, расположенных в г. Костроме, пос. Васильевское, согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу совместно с ФСИН России и администрацией г. Костромы обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность.
