РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении дополнения в статью 5 Федерального закона "Об оружии" Принят Государственной Думой 15 марта 2000 года Статья 1. Часть первую статьи 5 Федерального закона от 13 декабря 1996 года № 150-ФЗ "Об оружии" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1996, № 51, ст. 5681; 1998, № 30, ст. 3613; № 51, ст. 6269) после слов "Федеральной службы охраны Российской Федерации," дополнить словами "Службы специальных объектов при Президенте Российской Федерации,". Статья 2. Предложить Президенту Российской Федерации и поручить Правительству Российской Федерации привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Федеральным законом. Статья 3. Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования. Исполняющий обязанности Президента Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 10 апреля 2000 года № 52-ФЗ
