ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О повторном рассмотрении Федерального закона "Об охране атмосферного воздуха" Рассмотрев повторно Федеральный закон "Об охране атмосферного воздуха", принятый Государственной Думой 2 июля 1998 года и отклоненный Президентом Российской Федерации (письмо от 31 июля 1998 года N Пр-1091), Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Принять Федеральный закон "Об охране атмосферного воздуха" с учетом предложений Президента Российской Федерации. 2. Направить указанный Федеральный закон в Совет Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации. 3. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
