ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 22 ноября 2000 г. N 1063 О признании утратившим силу указания ГТК России от 9 октября 1996 г. N 01-14/1149 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 8 декабря 2000 г. Регистрационный N 2489 В целях упорядочения нормативной правовой базы ГТК России приказываю: 1. Считать утратившим силу указание ГТК России от 9.10.96 г. N 01-14/1149 "О таможенном оформлении авиационных горюче-смазочных материалов, необходимых для эксплуатации воздушных судов" (зарегистрировано Минюстом России 31.12.96 г., регистрационный N 1225). 2. Пресс-службе (В.А.Емельянов) приступить к освещению настоящего приказа в средствах массовой информации со дня его государственной регистрации. 3. Контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа осуществлять заместителю Председателя ГТК России В.В.Шпагину. ___________
