This order repeals a 2003 State Customs Committee order on customs value control for imported goods.

ПРИКАЗ Федеральной таможенной службы от 22 декабря 2010 г. N 2519 О признании утратившим силу приказа ГТК России от 5 декабря 2003 г. N 1399 Зарегистрирован Минюстом России 16 февраля 2011 г. N 376 "О порядках декларирования, контроля и корректировки таможенной стоимости товаров" приказываю: Признать утратившим силу приказ ГТК России от 5 декабря 2003 г. N 1399 "Об утверждении Положения о контроле таможенной стоимости товаров, ввозимых на таможенную территорию Российской Федерации" (зарегистрирован Минюстом России 18.12.2003, регистрационный N 5347).
