ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ПРЕЗИДИУМА ВЕРХОВНОГО СОВЕТА РСФСР О государственной пошлине за регистрацию предприятий в РСФСР В соответствии с Законом РСФСР "О предприятиях и предпринимательской деятельности" Президиум Верховного Совета РСФСР постановляет: 1. Установить государственную пошлину за регистрацию предприятий, независимо от вида собственности и их организационно-правовых форм, в размере до 2000 рублей. 2. Предоставить районным, городским, районным в городах Советам народных депутатов право освобождать отдельные предприятия от уплаты государственной пошлины за регистрацию. 3. Государственная пошлина за регистрацию предприятия направляется в местный бюджет по мету учреждения предприятия. 4. Совету Министров РСФСР в кратчайший срок определить порядок и сроки взимания государственной пошлины за регистрацию предприятия. Первый заместитель Председателя Верховного совета РСФСР Р. И.
