ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О назначении на должность аудитора Счетной палаты Российской Федерации Рассмотрев представленную Президентом Российской Федерации кандидатуру на должность аудитора Счетной палаты Российской Федерации, в соответствии со статьей 103 (пункт "д" части 1) Конституции Российской Федерации и статьей 6 Федерального закона от 11 января 1995 года № 4-ФЗ "О Счетной палате Российской Федерации" Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Назначить на должность аудитора Счетной палаты Российской Федерации Жданькова Александра Ивановича. 2. Направить настоящее Постановление Президенту Российской Федерации, Председателю Счетной палаты Российской Федерации. 3. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
