ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О поручении Счетной палате Российской Федерации В соответствии со статьями 2, 12, 15, 20 Федерального закона "О Счетной палате Российской Федерации" Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Поручить Счетной палате Российской Федерации провести проверку целевого использования средств федерального бюджета, выделенных на строительство больничного комплекса в городе Клину в 1995-1997 годах. 2. О результатах указанной проверки Счетной палате Российской Федерации проинформировать Государственную Думу до 15 марта 1998 года. 3. Направить настоящее Постановление Председателю Счетной палаты Российской Федерации. 4. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
