ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 7 апреля 2008 г. N 243 г. Москва О внесении изменений в Положение о Почетной грамоте Правительства Российской Федерации Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: Внести в Положение о Почетной грамоте Правительства Российской Федерации, утвержденное постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 31 мая 1995 г. N 547 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1995, N 24, ст. 2276; N 32, ст. 3310), следующие изменения: пункт 7 после слов "награждению Почетной грамотой Правительства Российской Федерации" дополнить словами ", как правило,"; пункт 9 изложить в следующей редакции: "9. Лица, награжденные Почетной грамотой Правительства Российской Федерации, премируются в соответствии с законодательством за счет средств организаций, возбудивших ходатайство о награждении.".
