This law amends the consumer credit statute by lowering several percentage limits and changing one limit formula, and it takes effect on 1 July 2023.

РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменений в Федеральный закон "О потребительском кредите (займе)" Принят Государственной Думой 21 декабря 2022 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 23 декабря 2022 года Статья 1 Внести в Федеральный закон от 21 декабря 2013 года № 353-ФЗ "О потребительском кредите (займе)" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, № 51, ст. 6673; 2014, № 30, ст. 4230; 2017, № 50, ст. 7549; 2018, № 53, ст. 8480; 2021, № 27, ст. 5157, 5171; 2022, № 1, ст. 13; № 11, ст. 1596) следующие изменения: 1) в статье 5: а) в части 23 слова "1 процент" заменить словами "0,8 процента"; б) в части 24 слова "полуторакратного размера" заменить словами "130 процентов от"; 2) в части 11 статьи 6 слова "365 процентов" заменить словами "292 процента"; 3) в пункте 1 статьи 6 2 слова "30 процентов" заменить словами "15 процентов". Статья 2 Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу с 1 июля 2023 года. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 29 декабря 2022 года № 613-ФЗ
