УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О военно-морской символике Черноморского флота В соответствии с Соглашениями между Российской Федерацией и Украиной о статусе и условиях пребывания Черноморского флота Российской Федерации на территории Украины и о параметрах раздела Черноморского флота, подписанными в г. Киеве 28 мая 1997 г., и в целях определения государственной принадлежности кораблей (катеров) и судов Черноморского флота до окончательного его раздела постановляю: 1. Произвести 12 июня 1997 г. на кораблях (катерах) и судах Черноморского флота торжественный спуск военно-морских флагов и вымпелов бывшего СССР и торжественный подъем военно-морских флагов и вымпелов Российской Федерации в порядке, определенном главнокомандующим Военно-Морским Флотом. 2. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания. Президент Российской Федерации Б.Ельцин Москва, Кремль 5 июня 1997 года № 551
