ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 20 мая 2002 г. N 481 О распоряжении ГТК России от 3.07.2001 г. N 702-р Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 17 июня 2002 г. Регистрационный N 3514 В связи с решением Верховного Суда Российской Федерации от 23.01.2002 г. N ГКПИ 2001-1876 приказываю: 1. Считать утратившими силу пункты 3 и 4 Порядка уплаты таможенных платежей при частичном освобождении от уплаты таможенных пошлин, налогов временно ввозимых (вывозимых) товаров, приведенного в приложении 1 к распоряжению ГТК России от 3.07.2001 г. N 702-р "О некоторых вопросах применения таможенного режима временного ввоза (вывоза) товаров" (зарегистрировано Минюстом России 3.08.2001 г., регистрационный N 2842). 2. Контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа осуществлять заместителю председателя ГТК России А.А.Каульбарсу. ___________
