ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 14 февраля 2002 г. N 185-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение администрации Сергиево-Посадского района Московской области и Минимущества России, согласованное с Росбоеприпасами, администрацией Московской области и государственным унитарным предприятием "Федеральный научно-производственный центр "Научно-исследовательский институт прикладной химии" (г. Сергиев Посад), о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность Сергиево-Посадского района относящегося к федеральной собственности находящегося в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объекта социально-культурного назначения - имущественного комплекса детского оздоровительного лагеря, расположенного в дер. Топорково Сергиево-Посадского района Московской области. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией Сергиево-Посадского района Московской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанным в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения государственным унитарным предприятием в муниципальную собственность Сергиево-Посадского района имущественного комплекса детского оздоровительного лагеря и решение вопросов, связанных с финансированием расходов на его содержание в 2002 году.
