The Russian government orders the Foreign Ministry to formalize the arrangement with Canada and the Primorsky Krai administration to provide premises and, if needed, land for the Canadian Consulate in Vladivostok.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 7 апреля 2005 г. № 367-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение МИДа России об открытии в г. Владивостоке Консульства Канады во главе с почетным консулом с консульским округом, включающим территории Приморского и Хабаровского краев, Амурской, Камчатской, Магаданской и Сахалинской областей, Еврейской автономной области и Чукотского автономного округа. МИДу России оформить достигнутую договоренность с Канадой. 2. Администрации Приморского края выделить для Консульства Канады служебные и жилые помещения на условиях аренды или приобретения Канадой в собственность, а также при необходимости осуществить отвод земельных участков под их строительство в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
