УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ "О федеральном государственном унитарном предприятии "Государственный научно-производственный ракетно-космический центр "ЦСКБ - Прогресс" В целях сохранения и развития научно-производственного потенциала предприятий ракетно-космической промышленности постановляю: 1. Принять предложение Правительства Российской Федерации о реорганизации федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "Государственный научно-производственный ракетно-космический центр "ЦСКБ - Прогресс" (г. Самара) в форме присоединения к нему федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "Особое конструкторское бюро "Спектр" (г. Рязань). 2. Правительству Российской Федерации: а) привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Указом; б) обеспечить в установленном порядке проведение мероприятий, направленных на реализацию настоящего Указа. 4.
