The Russian Government orders Chelyabinsk regional authorities, together with the Ministry of Economy and other interested federal bodies, to prepare a 1998-2005 regional development program and submit it to the Government by 1 December 1997.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 22 апреля 1997 г. N 547-р г. Москва 1. Администрации Челябинской области совместно с Минэкономики России и другими заинтересованными федеральными органами исполнительной власти разработать проект федеральной целевой программы экономического и социального развития Челябинской области на 1998-2005 годы (далее именуется - программа) и внести его до 1 декабря 1997 г. в установленном порядке в Правительство Российской Федерации. 2. Утвердить: государственным заказчиком - координатором программы Минэкономики России; государственными заказчиками программы по вопросам: развития агропромышленного комплекса - Минсельхозпрод России; занятости и социальной защиты населения - Минтруд России; развития транспортной инфраструктуры - Минтранс России. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации В.Черномырдин
