The Government of the Russian Federation approves the sale of 130,979 ordinary registered shares of OJSC "Ilyushin Finance Co." to Vnesheconombank, at a price not below market value determined by an independent appraiser.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 8 апреля 2014 г. № 554-р МОСКВА В соответствии с пунктом 3 статьи 39 Федерального закона "О приватизации государственного и муниципального имущества" согласиться с отчуждением принадлежащих открытому акционерному обществу "Объединенная авиастроительная корпорация" 130979 обыкновенных именных акций открытого акционерного общества "Ильюшин Финанс Ко.", составляющих 48,4 процента его уставного капитала, путем их продажи государственной корпорации "Банк развития и внешнеэкономической деятельности (Внешэкономбанк)" по цене не ниже рыночной, определяемой на основании отчета независимого оценщика.
