РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ Председателя Верховного Совета Российской Федерации Об оказании финансовой помощи малоимущим слоям населения и малочисленным народам Сахалинской области В целях улучшения жизнеобеспечения, социальной защиты малоимущих слоев населения и малочисленных народов Сахалинской области направить в распоряжение Сахалинского областного Совета народных депутатов из средств Фонда Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по социальной поддержке населения 300 млн.рублей, в том числе 50 млн.рублей для проведения Конгресса малочисленных народов Севера острова Сахалин и айнов острова Хоккайдо, фестиваля малочисленных народов Севера, осуществляемых в рамках Международного года коренных народов мира.
