УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Об общей штатной численности органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации В целях обеспечения предусмотренного Уголовно-процессуальным кодексом Российской Федерации участия прокуроров в уголовном судопроизводстве постановляю: 1. Установить с 1 июля 2003 г. общую штатную численность органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации в количестве 55 021 единицы. 2. Признать утратившим силу Указ Президента Российской Федерации от 31 июля 2002 г. N 823 "Об общей штатной численности органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2002, N 31, ст. 3063).
