ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 12 сентября 1997 г. N 1307-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Минобороны России, согласованное с МВЭСом России и ГТК России, о направлении в октябре 1997 г. делегации Минобороны России в составе 60 человек во Французскую Республику с ответным визитом, предусмотренным Программой контактов между министерствами обороны Российской Федерации и Французской Республики, а также авиаподразделения Минобороны России из 6 самолетов Су-27 и 1 транспортного самолета Ил-76. 2. МВЭСу России обеспечить выдачу в установленном порядке лицензий на временный вывоз во Французскую Республику указанной в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения авиационной техники, а также оборудования, запасных частей и контрольно-проверочной аппаратуры согласно приложению без взимания платежей за рассмотрение заявления и выдачу лицензий. 3. ГТК России обеспечить проведение соответствующих таможенных процедур в отношении членов делегации Минобороны России, а также временно вывозимых с таможенной территории Российской Федерации самолетов, оборудования, запасных частей и контрольно-проверочной аппаратуры, необходимых для эксплуатации российской авиационной техники во Французской Республике, без взимания таможенных пошлин, налогов и сборов за таможенное оформление. 4. ФПС России обеспечить на аэродроме Кубинка пограничный контроль убытия и прибытия указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения самолетов и делегации Минобороны России.
