ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Земельном кодексе Российской Федерации Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Согласиться с мотивами решения Президента Российской Федерации о возвращении без рассмотрения (письмо от 4 июня 1998 года N Пр-792) Земельного кодекса Российской Федерации, принятого Государственной Думой 22 апреля 1998 года и одобренного Советом Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации 20 мая 1998 года, и снять указанный Кодекс с дальнейшего рассмотрения Государственной Думой. 2. Направить настоящее Постановление Президенту Российской Федерации и в Совет Федерации. 3. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
