РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ ПРЕДСЕДАТЕЛЯ ВЕРХОВНОГО СОВЕТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О помощниках народных депутатов СССР В связи с прекращением деятельности народных депутатов СССР на территории Российской Федерации со 2 января 1992 года постановляю: 1. Произвести расторжение трудовых договоров с помощниками народных депутатов СССР со 2 января 1992 года. 2. Всем предприятиям, организациям и учреждениям, в которых числятся помощники народных депутатов СССР, выплатить компенсацию в размере двух должностных окладов и выходного пособия в размере среднемесячного оклада. 3. Министерству экономики и финансов Российской Федерации разрешить финансовым органам на местах принять расходы по реализации п. 2 настоящего распоряжения за счет бюджета Российской Федерации. Р. И.
