ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 18 октября 2005 г. N 1720-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение городской Думы г. Нижний Новгород Нижегородской области и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минсельхозом России и правительством Нижегородской области, о передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Нижний Новгород относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в оперативном управлении федерального государственного образовательного учреждения высшего профессионального образования "Нижегородская государственная сельскохозяйственная академия" объектов жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, расположенных в г. Нижний Новгород, согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу совместно с Минсельхозом России и администрацией г. Нижний Новгород обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. Гагарина, N 101, инв. N 28/385 Инженерные сооружения и коммуникации: сети горячего водоснабжения протяженностью 113 м, инв. N 01200003 сети наружной канализации протяженностью 464,6 м, инв. N 01100015 сети теплоснабжения протяженностью 230 м, инв. N 01200001 сети электроснабжения протяженностью 550 м, инв. N 01100018 Объекты благоустройства: дороги общей площадью 1620 кв. м, инв.
