ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 7 ноября 1997 г. N 1401 г. Москва О ликвидации государственного предприятия "Шахта "Высокая" Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Принять предложение Министерства топлива и энергетики Российской Федерации, Министерства государственного имущества Российской Федерации, Министерства экономики Российской Федерации и администрации Кемеровской области о ликвидации государственного предприятия "Шахта "Высокая". 2. Министерству топлива и энергетики Российской Федерации по согласованию с Министерством государственного имущества Российской Федерации обеспечить осуществление юридических действий, связанных с ликвидацией государственного предприятия "Шахта "Высокая", в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
