The Chairman must allocate 100 million rubles to the Kamchatka regional council for social support needs, with 20 million rubles included for the Aleut and Bystrinsky districts.

РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ Председателя Верховного Совета Российской Федерации О финансовой помощи Камчатской области В целях оказания финансовой помощи Камчатской области в реализации ее социальной программы по материальной защите малоимущих слоев населения и организации летнего отдыха детей направить в распоряжение областного Совета народных депутатов из средств Фонда Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по социальной поддержке населения 100 млн. рублей, в том числе по 20 млн. рублей для национальных Алеутских и Быстринского районов. Контроль за целевым использованием выделенных средств возложить на Комиссию Совета Республики Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по бюджету, планам, налогам и ценам и на Комитет Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по делам женщин, охраны семьи, материнства и детства.
