УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О дополнительных мерах по усилению социальной защиты военнослужащих В целях усиления социальной защиты военнослужащих и впредь до внесения соответствующих изменений в Федеральный закон "О статусе военнослужащих" постановляю: 1. Предоставить Министру обороны Российской Федерации и руководителям иных федеральных органов исполнительной власти, в которых предусмотрена военная служба, право установить с 1 января 2002 г. военнослужащим, проходящим военную службу по контракту, ежемесячную надбавку за сложность, напряженность и специальный режим военной службы в размере до 70 процентов оклада по воинской должности. 2. Правительству Российской Федерации определить источники финансирования мероприятий, предусмотренных настоящим Указом. 3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания.
