ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 30 декабря 2023 г. № 4081-р МОСКВА 1. Пункт 5 распоряжения Правительства Российской Федерации от 27 декабря 2011 г. № 2391-р (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2012, № 2, ст. 358; 2014, № 6, ст. 615; 2016, № 28, ст. 4760; № 32, ст. 5150; 2023, № 6, ст. 1012) изложить в следующей редакции: "5. Установить с 1 января 2024 г. предельную штатную численность работников учреждения в количестве 8619 единиц.". 2. Финансовое обеспечение расходных обязательств Российской Федерации, связанных с реализацией настоящего распоряжения, осуществить в пределах бюджетных ассигнований, предусмотренных в установленном порядке Казначейству России в федеральном бюджете на руководство и управление в сфере установленных функций.
