ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 6 июня 2003 г. N 635 О внесении изменения в приказ ГТК России от 24.11.1999 N 814 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 25 июня 2003 г. Регистрационный N 4830 Руководствуясь решением Верховного Суда Российской Федерации от 15 апреля 2003 г. N ГКПИ 2003-166, приказываю: 1. Признать утратившим силу абзац 3 пункта 2.6 Правил перемещения в упрощенном, льготном порядке транспортных средств физическими лицами через таможенную границу Российской Федерации, утвержденных приказом ГТК России от 24.11.1999 N 814 (зарегистрирован Минюстом России 18.02.2000, регистрационный N 2125), в редакции приказа ГТК России от 30.09.2002 N 1043 (зарегистрирован Минюстом России 05.11.2002, регистрационный N 3903). 2. Заместителю председателя ГТК России В.В.Шпагину осуществлять контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа. ____________
