ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ВЕРХОВНОГО СОВЕТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О мерах по улучшению расчетов за услуги связи В целях ликвидации платежного кризиса, нормализации финансового положения предприятий связи и учитывая непрерывный технологический процесс предоставления услуг связи, Верховный Совет Российской Федерации постановляет: Установить, что расчеты потребителей, кроме населения, с предприятиями связи (их обособленными подразделениями) любой формы собственности, находящимися на территории Российской Федерации, за оказываемые услуги связи производятся по действующим тарифам без акцепта плательщиков на основании показаний счетчиков и других приборов.
