Statute overview

About this statute

This provision sets the rules for operating Russia’s alcohol tracking information system and assigns reporting, storage, and operator duties. The operator of the unified information system provides certain information to listed persons and courts, may use the authentication system for delivery, and must restrict, suspend, or block turnover information in specified cases. Organizations and certain individual entrepreneurs must use specified equipment and electronic-signature-based, encrypted data transmission to work with the unified alcohol accounting system; some changes and uses are prohibited. This provision lists what measurement systems must record and transmit, and sets technical requirements for storing and sending production data. Software used by certain alcohol-product producers must accept, account for, and transmit specified volume information, and must sign certain requests and information with a qualified electronic signature.
