ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации и Министерства Российской Федерации по налогам и сборам от 25 февраля 2004 г. N 229/БГ-3-06/145 О признании утратившим силу приказа ГТК России и МНС России от 21.08.2001 N 830/БГ-3-06/299 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 9 марта 2004 г. Регистрационный N 5641 В связи со вступлением в силу с 1 января 2004 г. Таможенного кодекса Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2003, N 22, ст. 2066) приказываем: Признать утратившим силу приказ ГТК России и МНС России от 21.08.2001 N 830/БГ-3-06/299 "Об усилении таможенного и налогового контроля при декларировании товаров в соответствии с таможенным режимом экспорта" (зарегистрирован Минюстом России 12.10.2001, регистрационный N 2967) с 1 января 2004 г. ___________
