РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 48 1 Градостроительного кодекса Российской Федерации Принят Государственной Думой 16 ноября 2010 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 24 ноября 2010 года Внести в пункт 3 части 1 статьи 48 1 Градостроительного кодекса Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2005, № 1, ст. 16; 2006, № 52, ст. 5498; 2007, № 46, ст. 5553; № 50, ст. 6237) изменение, изложив его в следующей редакции: "3) сооружения связи, являющиеся особо опасными, технически сложными в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации в области связи;".
