О применении Приказа ГТК России от 22.02.94 N 71 Письмо Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 13 января 1995 г. N 06-10/10420 В связи с принятием Гражданского кодекса РФ (часть первая) следует: - применять приказ ГТК России от 22.02.94 N 71 "Об использовании залога таможенными органами" в части, не противоречащей названному Кодексу; - в типовые договоры, формы которых приведены в Приложении 2 к Положению об использовании залога таможенными органами Российской Федерации (утв.Приказом ГТК России от 22.02.94 N 71), внести изменения, вытекающие из положений части 1 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации и самостоятельно обеспечить изготовление бланков таких договоров; - представить в Правовое управление ГТК России предложения по внесению изменений и дополнений в приказ ГТК России от 22.02.94 N 71 Заместитель начальника Правового управления Г.В.Баландина
