ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 29 сентября 1992 г. N 1795-р г. Москва 1. Госкомимуществу России совместно с Госкомсотрудничеством России произвести взаимные расчеты с органами государственного страхования республик бывшего Союза ССР по остаткам средств централизованных фондов и резервов Правления государственного страхования СССР. 2. Госкомимуществу России и Минфину России образовать для упразднения Правления государственного страхования СССР ликвидационную комиссию и обеспечить до 1 декабря 1992 г. завершение ее работы. 3. Установить, что правопреемником по обязательствам, вытекающим из договоров страхования, заключенных непосредственно Правлением государственного страхования СССР, является Росгосстрах. 4. Передать Росгосстраху имущество и денежные средства упраздняемого Правления государственного страхования СССР, а также занимаемые им служебные помещения в г. Москве по Настасьинскому переулку, дом 3 (корпус 2), общей площадью 1041,4 кв. метра. Е. ГАЙДАР
