ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Федеральном законе "О лотереях" В связи с отклонением Президентом Российской Федерации (письмо от 30 июля 1998 года N Пр-1072) Федерального закона "О лотереях", принятого Государственной Думой 15 июля 1998 года, учитывая предложения Комитета Государственной Думы по бюджету и налогам о нецелесообразности дальнейшего рассмотрения указанного Федерального закона, Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Снять Федеральный закон "О лотереях" с дальнейшего рассмотрения Государственной Думой. 2. Направить настоящее Постановление Президенту Российской Федерации, в Совет Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации и Правительство Российской Федерации. 3.
