РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 13 Федерального закона "Об оружии" Принят Государственной Думой 12 марта 2010 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 17 марта 2010 года Внести в часть десятую статьи 13 Федерального закона от 13 декабря 1996 года № 150-ФЗ "Об оружии" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1996, № 51, ст. 5681; 2009, № 7, ст. 770; № 30, ст. 3735) изменение, дополнив ее предложением следующего содержания: "При изменении места жительства гражданин Российской Федерации обязан в двухнедельный срок со дня регистрации по новому месту жительства обратиться в соответствующий орган внутренних дел с заявлением о постановке на учет принадлежащего ему оружия.".
