РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 22 Федерального закона "О связи" Принят Государственной Думой 22 ноября 2018 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 5 декабря 2018 года Внести в пункт 5 статьи 22 Федерального закона от 7 июля 2003 года № 126-ФЗ "О связи" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2003, № 28, ст. 2895; 2009, № 29, ст. 3625; 2010, № 31, ст. 4190; 2011, № 50, ст. 7366; 2014, № 14, ст. 1552; 2015, № 29, ст. 4342; 2016, № 15, ст. 2066; 2018, № 17, ст. 2419) изменение, дополнив его абзацем следующего содержания: "Радиоэлектронные средства и высокочастотные устройства, подлежащие регистрации, должны быть установлены по месту, указанному при регистрации радиоэлектронного средства или высокочастотного устройства, не позднее тридцати дней со дня их регистрации.".
