РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменений в статью 401 6 Уголовно-процессуального кодекса Российской Федерации Принят Государственной Думой 28 сентября 2022 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 4 октября 2022 года Внести в статью 401 6 Уголовно-процессуального кодекса Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2001, № 52, ст. 4921; 2011, № 1, ст. 45; 2016, № 27, ст. 4255) следующие изменения: 1) слово "Пересмотр" заменить словами "1. Пересмотр"; 2) дополнить частью второй следующего содержания: "2. Пересмотр в кассационном порядке постановления суда о возмещении реабилитированному имущественного вреда по основаниям, влекущим ухудшение положения реабилитированного, допускается в срок, не превышающий одного года со дня вступления его в законную силу.".
