This order repeals a prior customs order and instructs certain customs officials to inform subordinate customs bodies about it.

ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 20 июля 2001 г. N 693 Об отмене приказа ГТК России от 8.02.2000 г. N 97 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 7 августа 2001 г. Регистрационный N 2849 В целях упорядочения правовой базы по таможенному делу приказываю: 1. Считать утратившим силу приказ ГТК России от 8.02.2000 г. N 97 "Об утверждении Инструкции об особенностях таможенного оформления и таможенного контроля отдельных товаров, ввозимых в Российскую Федерацию" (зарегистрирован Минюстом России 27.03.2000 г., регистрационный N 2169). 2. Начальникам региональных таможенных управлений и таможен, непосредственно подчиненных ГТК России, довести настоящий приказ до сведения подчиненных таможенных органов (структурных подразделений). ____________
