СОВЕТ МИНИСТРОВ - ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 10 декабря 1993 г. N 2213-р г. Москва В целях надежного обеспечения народного хозяйства и населения лесобумажной продукцией, осуществления контроля за вывозом ее за пределы Российской Федерации включить дополнительно: в перечень товаров, экспорт которых осуществляется с 1994 года по лицензиям в объеме установленных квот (приложение N 1 к постановлению Совета Министров - Правительства Российской Федерации от 2 ноября 1993 г. N 1102 "О мерах по либерализации внешнеэкономической деятельности" (Собрание актов Президента и Правительства Российской Федерации, 1993, N 45, ст. 4341), деловую древесину хвойных пород (код ТН ВЭД 4403 10100, 4403 10910, 4403 20000, 4404 10), шпалы деревянные для железных дорог широкой колеи (код ТН ВЭД 4406); в перечень стратегически важных сырьевых товаров, экспорт которых осуществляется с 1994 года предприятиями и организациями, зарегистрированными МВЭСом России для этих целей (приложение N 2 к указанному постановлению), деловую древесину хвойных пород (код ТН ВЭД 4403 10100, 4403 10910, 4403 20000, 4404 10), шпалы деревянные для железных дорог широкой колеи (код ТН ВЭД 4406), пиломатериалы хвойных пород (код ТН ВЭД 4407 10, 4408 10000, 4409 10).
