The term of work of the liquidation commission of the Ministry of Federation of Russia is extended to 1 March 2002, and the Ministry of Finance of Russia must fund the costs of carrying out this order from 2002 federal budget funds.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 6 февраля 2002 г. N 123-р г. Москва 1. Продлить с 29 января до 1 марта 2002 г. срок работы ликвидационной комиссии Минфедерации России, образованной в соответствии с распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 29 октября 2001 г. N 1433-р (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2001, N 45, ст. 4302). 2. Минфину России обеспечить финансирование расходов, связанных с реализацией настоящего распоряжения, за счет средств, предусмотренных в федеральном бюджете на 2002 год по разделу "Государственное управление и местное самоуправление".
