ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 23 сентября 2002 г. N 1323-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Екатеринбургской городской Думы и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минфином России, Роскартографией, правительством Свердловской области и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Уралаэрогеодезия", о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Екатеринбурга относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в г. Екатеринбурге, согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией г. Екатеринбурга обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Уралаэрогеодезия" объектов, указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, в 2002 году осуществляет передающая сторона. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации М.Касьянов __________________________ ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ к распоряжению Правительства Российской Федерации от 23 сентября 2002 г. N 1323-р ПЕРЕЧЕНЬ передаваемых в муниципальную собственность г. Екатеринбурга относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "Уралаэрогеодезия" объектов коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в г. Екатеринбурге Жилые дома, расположенные по адресу: ул. Искровцев, N 15, 17 (со встроенным нежилым помещением), 17а, 19а, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35 ул. Краснодарская, N 16 (с пристроенным нежилым помещением), 28, 34 Инженерные сети к жилым домам: сети канализационные протяженностью 1907 м сети холодного водоснабжения протяженностью 533 м сети теплоснабжения протяженностью 2034 м Объекты внешнего благоустройства жилых домов Канализационная насосная станция с оборудованием, инв. N 000200 Здание котельной, инв. N 11 Здание котельной, инв. N 15 _______________
