УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О досрочном прекращении полномочий Губернатора Белгородской области В связи с заявлением Губернатора Белгородской области Савченко Е.С. о досрочном прекращении полномочий и в соответствии с подпунктом "в" пункта 1 статьи 19 Федерального закона от 6 октября 1999 г. № 184-ФЗ "Об общих принципах организации законодательных (представительных) и исполнительных органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации" постановляю: 1. Принять отставку Губернатора Белгородской области Савченко Е.С. по собственному желанию. 2. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания.
