ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 12 сентября 1997 г. N 1306-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Минобороны России, согласованное с МВЭСом России, МИДом России, ГТК России и ФПС России, о направлении в сентябре 1997 г. в Грецию делегации Минобороны России в составе 36 человек, а также авиаподразделения Минобороны России из 2 самолетов Су-27п, 2 самолетов Су-30 и 1 самолета Ил-76мд. 2. Минобороны России обеспечить вывоз и возврат в Российскую Федерацию вооружения и военной техники, определить номенклатуру и количество оборудования, эксплуатационно-ремонтных комплектов и запасных частей, необходимых для обеспечения эксплуатации самолетов в Греции и возвращения их в Российскую Федерацию. 3. МВЭСу России обеспечить выдачу в установленном порядке лицензий на временный вывоз в Грецию с таможенной территории Российской Федерации авиационной техники, оборудования, запасных частей и контрольно-проверочной аппаратуры без взимания платежей за рассмотрение заявления и выдачу лицензий. 4. МИДу России обеспечить консульскую поддержку и оформление визовых документов членов делегации Минобороны России, участвующих в визите. 5. ГТК России обеспечить проведение соответствующих таможенных процедур в отношении членов делегации Минобороны России, а также временно вывозимых с таможенной территории Российской Федерации вооружения и военной техники без взимания таможенных пошлин, налогов и сборов за таможенное оформление. 6. ФПС России обеспечить на аэродромах Крымск (Краснодарский край) и Ростов-на-Дону пограничный контроль убытия и прибытия указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения самолетов и делегации Минобороны России.
