ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 29 декабря 2012 г. № 2619-р МОСКВА 1. Предоставить в 2012 году государственную гарантию Российской Федерации на сумму до 1 млрд. долларов США по кредиту, привлекаемому закрытым акционерным обществом "Гражданские самолеты Сухого" (125284, г. Москва, ул. Поликарпова, д. 23Б, корп. 2, ИНН 7714175986) в государственной корпорации "Банк развития и внешнеэкономической деятельности (Внешэкономбанк)" (107996, г. Москва, просп. Академика Сахарова, д. 9, ИНН 7750004150) на сумму до 1 млрд. долларов США в форме кредитной линии со сроком погашения не более 144 месяцев с даты подписания кредитного соглашения. Указанный кредит привлекается на цели исполнения обязательств по кредитам и займам, ранее привлеченным закрытым акционерным обществом "Гражданские самолеты Сухого" на финансирование программы "Сухой Суперджет 100", перечень которых в соответствии с Правилами предоставления в 2012 году государственной гарантии Российской Федерации по кредиту, привлекаемому закрытым акционерным обществом "Гражданские самолеты Сухого", утвержденными постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 16 ноября 2012 г. № 1174 , утвержден Министерством промышленности и торговли Российской Федерации. 2. Минфину России: заключить в 2012 году в соответствии с Правилами, указанными в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, договор о предоставлении государственной гарантии Российской Федерации с закрытым акционерным обществом "Гражданские самолеты Сухого"; принять в соответствии с указанными Правилами в качестве обеспечения исполнения обязательств закрытого акционерного общества "Гражданские самолеты Сухого" по удовлетворению регрессных требований в связи с исполнением в полном объеме или в какой-либо части государственной гарантии Российской Федерации поручительство открытого акционерного общества "Авиационная холдинговая компания "Сухой" (125284, г. Москва, ул. Поликарпова, д. 23 Б, ИНН 7740000090) на сумму 1 млрд. долларов США со сроком действия до 31 июля 2026 г. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации Д.Медведев
