ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 13 июня 1997 г. N 825-р г. Москва Принять предложение администрации г. Сочи и Госкомимущества России, согласованное с администрацией Краснодарского края и Минобороны России, о передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Сочи находящихся в федеральной собственности и расположенных в г. Сочи объектов коммунально-бытового назначения государственного предприятия "450 Военно-строительное управление Министерства обороны Российской Федерации" согласно приложению. Госкомимуществу России совместно с Минобороны России и администрацией г. Сочи обеспечить передачу в установленном порядке указанных объектов в муниципальную собственность г. Сочи.
