ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 12 февраля 2004 г. № 196-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение городского Собрания депутатов г. Кыштыма (Челябинская область) и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минфином России, МПР России и администрацией Челябинской области, о передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Кыштыма (Челябинская область) находящихся в федеральной собственности объектов коммунально-бытового назначения Кыштымского лесхоза МПР России, расположенных в г. Кыштыме, согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с МПР России и администрацией г. Кыштыма обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу объектов, указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, в муниципальную собственность. 3. МПР России по согласованию с Минфином России обеспечить решение вопросов, связанных с финансированием содержания в 2004 году объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением.
